Description:
Camu Camu is a bushy tree which grows up to 5m tall native to the wetlands of the amazon, growing next to rivers. It bears small edible red/purple sour cherry like fruits which have been a staple food of South American tribes for many years. Among other benefits of using Camu Camu, the most amazing thing about this rare fruit is that it contains more Vitamin C than any other known plant on the planet.
Benefits:
As well as a high content of Vitamin C, Camu Camu also contains amino acids, and is rich in flavonoids. It is also astringent, antioxidant, and anti inflammatory. Tests and studies are also being made on Camu Camu at the discovery of possible anti-depressant properties. Due to its anti-viral properties, Camu Camu has been found to be one of the most effective remedies for the spread and contraction of the herpes virus. Camu Camu can give a boost to the body to enable it to throw of a cold or flu very quickly.
Dosage:
